MEET our Founder & head therapist Hayley Brown
Warm, outgoing and known for her honest approach and perfectionist attention to detail, Hayley is a diploma-qualified beauty therapist with nearly seven years of industry experience.
After graduating first in her TAFE Diploma of Beauty Therapy class and receiving an Excellence Award, Hayley continued to refine her skills through advanced training with leading educators and professional brands.
Her advanced training includes cosmetic tattooing with House of Brows, specialised brow artistry with Carvd Academy, and lash lift certification with Elleebana. Hayley has also completed advanced skin education with Sothys and is a certified skin needling therapist and Sothys spécialiste.

Sam is the founder of Refined Cosmetic Studio and the in-house registered cosmetic nurse at SKN Society. Known for her calm, professional presence and quietly confident approach, Sam creates an environment where every appointment feels comfortable, personal and genuinely supportive.
Through Refined Cosmetic Studio, Sam focuses on delivering aesthetic treatments that prioritise natural, balanced results. Her philosophy is centred on enhancing rather than overpowering — with treatments carefully tailored to each client and aligned with long-term skin and facial health.
